Returns & Refunds

However, if despite our high standards you are not fully satisfied, our team will kindly and rigorously assist you in your return process. Your comfort remains at the heart of our priorities.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted in the following cases, within the time limits:
- Damaged or defective product : Please contact us within 3 days of receipt , attaching clear photos of the product concerned. A solution will be offered to you promptly and carefully.
- Incorrect item received : If there is an error in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund you as soon as possible.
- Product not as described : If the item received differs significantly from its presentation on our site, you have 15 days after receipt to report this problem to us.
Pre-approval required
To ensure rigorous and personalized management, all returns must be validated in advance by our customer service . Any package returned without our agreement will not be processed or refunded, and may be returned to you at your expense.
Condition of the returned product
Products must be new, unused , free of odors, dirt, or damage, and accompanied by their original packaging with all accessories. Any non-compliant return will result in refusal or partial refund, depending on the assessment of our quality team.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or personalization:
- Items used, washed or without their original packaging.
- Customized or custom-made products.
- Selection errors when ordering (e.g. wrong size, wrong color).
- Items on sale or on temporary promotion.
Partial returns
In the event of a partial return of an order that benefited from a group discount or promotional offer, the refund will be recalculated to reflect the actual value of the items kept.
Abusive behavior

How to return a product
- Contact us : Send us an email to contact@charme-maison.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if necessary.
- Receive our instructions : If your return is accepted, we will send you all the information necessary to complete the shipment.
- Ship your return : The product must be carefully packaged and shipped to the address we provide.
- Refund or exchange : Once the product has been received and validated by our team, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 5 to 10 working days .
Return costs
- If the error is ours : We cover all return costs in cases of defective, incorrect or non-compliant products.
- If the return is voluntary : For a return due to a change of mind, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Package not collected from relay point
If you are not there at the time of delivery, your order may be left at a collection point. You then have 15 to 20 calendar days to collect it. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse, without automatic refund .
Reshipping can be arranged at your request, for an additional shipping fee. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.
